Yes much of The America’s were populated by Whites and not just the Norse or the Solutreans but even ancient Celts, Greeks, Egyptians, and Romans have settled on the continent. Basically what happened is that Atlantis was/is a very real place that got destroyed due to mass flooding of the world which is really what many creation flood myths originated from such as in the book of genesis, epic of Gilgamesh, laws of manu, Greco-Roman, Celtic, and Norse mythology all talk about huge flood of the world as well as tall giants that existed and there remains exists too this day. Archeologists have found evidence of Europeans in America as far deep as in Oklahoma and Minnesota and some even speculate Colorado of course (((mainstream scientific community))) calls all of this conspiracy theories and pseudoscience to prevent anyone from looking into this. The Americas were populated by a variety of genetic stock. Until real archaeology resumes on the mound cultures we can't know for sure who was running what.
