I don’t have too much data on middle easterners. But its been observed around here that blacks and spics have significantly higher rates and poorer outcomes from covid.

These could be from a few different reasons.

Theres the vitamin D theory: white skin is so awesome that we make a lot more vitamin D than swarthies

There’s the testosterone theory: Blacks and even spics have higher levels of androgens which increase the number of cell receptors that the virus utilizes for infection (some docs are even treating covid with androgen blockers typically used for prostatitis) . I would put my money on the bet that this is true of arabs as well. I would bet that chinks have even lower levels than whites.

There’s the fat theory: blacks and spics are certainly fatter than whites. Probably Arabs too. Here too, chinks are going to be even skinnier than whites.

There’s the IQ theory: whites and chinks are maybe all taking supplements and taking more hygenic precautions, maybe accessing medical interventions earlier than blacks and browns.

The sand niggers could be going to mosques at a much higer rate.

I know there are a few genes that have been identified that confer high risk for covid, mostly involving expression of cell receptors like ACE2. One has a high frequency in South Asians but not Iraqis as far as I know.
