Everybody is sick of hearing about the ‘rona. I get it. But Ive kept a eye on covid deaths in south africa. Covid deaths have doubled in the past month or so as cases have gone up by about 10 fold.
The death rate from Delta in the South African population (mostly young skinny niggers) was around 4 or 5 %. Accounting for the fact that there are still a few people dying of Delta variant there, my guess is that the death rate from Necronomicon ( I like it and Im going to start using it!) is under 1% (in South Africans) and maybe as low as 0.5%, which is much better than Delta. We can be more confident of this drop by Jan 1, when theres more data from SA and omicron has had enough time to kill boomers in Britain.
It MIGHT be that millenials and zoomers get a much bigger wallop than they otherwise would if they are vaccinated because of a moderate ADE effect /suppression of innate immunity, as Geert suggests— I doubt this would be fatal in the vast majority of cases. But it might be slightly enjoyable for the unvaxxed.
Of course if they produce an omicron vaccine it WILL make omicron more severe. They are engineering more lethal strains with these vaccines and if they do it again I have to assume its intentional.
