This was the exact approach I used in my religious exemption: By taking the "vaccine" which causes (at best) asymptomatic transmission, if I were to take that and infect someone who dies knowing that asymptomatic transmission is more likely to occur than otherwise, then I would be responsible for murder. I would have to answer for that.
