Not trying to be a pest, I'm just a stickler for technicalities. I'm sure that this case ended in a normal acquittal. I don't think a case CAN be dismissed with prejudice unless it's declared a mistrial, which this wasn't.

An acquittal means he cannot be retried on the same or similar charges anyways. I think you're right about everything else, but I'm 99.9% sure this was a standard acquittal.

The 0.1% uncertainty is because I can't find a video of the actual judge saying it, one way or the other. This video linked above just ends as soon as the verdict is read.

It amazes me how many people don't understand that bail and bond are returned at the end of a trial - win or lose.

Bail (and bond) are paid as part of the "promise to appear" and once the proceedings are concluded, that promise has been fulfilled.

As bad as the (((legal))) system is, it still hasn't resorted to outright theft from people forced to appear in court.

Donating to a bail fund (if that situation arises in the future) know that the money is probably going to not be returned unless that is spelled out in the details.

All these (((celebrities))) paying the bail of antifa and other rioters are probably expecting to receive every penny of that money back. They are only using the publicity and virtue signaling to make themselves feel relevant.

Where are you getting the "dismissed with prejudice" part from? I would genuinely like this part to be true, but I'm convinced it's a standard acquittal from everything I've read. Jury found him NOT GUILTY on all charges, and the Judge acquitted him.

Please link me to something, because I don't think this part is correct.
