I had a big surprise yesterday, I'm switching jobs in a little over a week, i got an email from the new employer announcing a shot mandate.

I replied that I categorically refused an experimental injection and that telling me this now causes great prejudice to my career since they just made me quit my job with their written offer which never mentioned this internal policy.

He backed off and said don't worry about it, let's wait a year to see what happens with the mandates and meanwhile you'll just do more office work than on-site management since most customers are fed agencies.

Never fucking back down!

People need to have a contract ready to sign for their employers in these situations.
If you’re lucky enough to get your boss to concede like that, you need to have something ready for him to put in writing so he can’t just call the local Cheka and secure a promise of migrant replacements so they can just fire you again a week later.
