The handbook is good, but the problem is it in itself, is not law. It is a guide. It states what laws must be followed in it, but using it as a reference for law is not entirely correct. I'm using it anyway in my letters as people keep linking to government statements as law so might as well follow suit.

The handbook directly relates to the Australian Immunisation Register Act 2015.

An act is a bill that is passed as Federal Law.
It directly relates to AIR on medicare to prove vaccination status.

Are you doing this on purpose?

edit:

The govt is bluffing everyone, even their national cabinet is not a national cabinet, because it does not include members from the senate, they are consulting with parliamentarians from the house of reps at a state level.

The whole lot is fake and gay. ScumO needs to be drawn and quartered.

So then why are people referring to the handbook and not the FEDERAL LAW.

"About the Handbook
The Australian Immunisation Handbook provides clinical guidelines for healthcare professionals and others about using vaccines safely and effectively"

Guidelines fall under codes of practice. This guideline even has wording that further removes it as a code of practice.

Under the Publication Approval of the guide it states several times that these are recommendations. While they can be used as evidence for law, it is not of itself law.

How do you think the government is getting away with all this illegal bullshit? It is not holding itself accountable to direct law, it is using the loose fitting wording of unspecific law to say it has a right, because it says so. Even though actual law say it can not.
