The campaign was created by the Million Dollar Vax Alliance - a group of philanthropists and corporations with the aim of increasing Australia’s vaccination rate.

Who are these philanthropists and corporations?

And the disclaimer -

“The purpose of the promotion is not to convince people to be vaccinated,” Craig Winkler of the Million Dollar Vax Alliance said.

“That’s a decision you should make in consultation with a health professional.

Yet more evidence that it's bad for you. An even better shield against viruses is getting your vitamin D and not being morbidly unhealthy, but they don't pay anyone to do that... because that pays for itself.

Incidentally, this shit is straight from a now-old UK political comedy called Absolute Power about a London PR company, I believe the episode was called Identity Crisis, where they promote a privacy-stealing identity scheme by increasing the price from £100 to £101 and use the extra £1 for a lottery.

I should have kept a list, but a lot of major companies already pulling that sort of free donut crap here. Off the top of my head qantas and virgin were doing vax only competitions too.

Some Aussies are falling for this.

But offering a lottery this late in the piece makes me think the vaccination rate isn't as high as the lying politicians and their tame media keep telling us.
