Not much anymore. I rep with 160lbs in sets of 10 x 5 sets , then I do dumbbell incline reps at 65lbs ( 1 arm at a time) 8 reps x 5 sets

been out of the gym for a year. used kung flu as an excuse.

Got a heavy duty squat rack for free and just bought an olympic bar with 2,35 lbs plates and 2, 10 lb plates.

I was doing reps with 225 15 months ago and was pleasantly surprised how easy 135 was.

I bought an adjustable bench and am about to do my first sets on incline w/ 135. I did 10 x 7 sets flat the other day and wasnt even sore.

I work weekends and take a 30 lb dumbell with me. I curled it 400x friday 2 weeks ago, and 200x last friday, 250x saturday.

been doing that all along. I think it helped preserve some strength.

I may have to get some more plates. I was gonna do 135 x 10 x 10 but may have to kick it up a notch. What do you think? Is 100 reps counter productive?

Btw I do 15 reps per arm per set with the 30lb.

Just don't over do it even if you feel its easy. Sometime muscle injuries take a few days to hit. Good job man!
