Your armor only really works if someone is actually hitting it. You never know if a stray shot will swing wide and hit you in the arm, leg, neck, head, etc. Same with a blade to the armpit, neck or a slash down the bicep. 0/10 would not boog with.

That's a UK vest. UK vests tend to focus more on stab/slash/impact resistance and (unless the agencies spring for it) don't do much against anything else.
