Exactly, which is why the USA health care system is so good, so efficient, so admired, and every other country that ignores the USA's example have such terrible, comparatively inefficient, constantly mocked health systems.
It's possible to have healthcare be non-profit. Everyone still gets paid, but the company isn't squeezing every last dollar out of the patients to deliver the most profits to shareholders.
Then that's not non-profit. The missing ingredient in most modern healthcare systems is competition. That allows suppliers to charge pretty much what they like.

As for digital ID - we already have it. It's myGov, which will be expanded to include state department such drivers licenses etc. They can do that with or without the vax. At the moment they want as many of us vaxxed ASAP which is sinister in itself. They know it will have to stop at some point.
