A research that claims that (((COVID))) was isolated, anyone able to factcheck?

Various search results eventually point to this paper as proof that (((COVID))) has been isolated, and therefore proven to exist. Can anyone competent enough give a summary with relevant quotes from the paper if it is truly so?
