They aren't foreign. They are yanks. Someone needs to bring these unruly people in SW Sydney into line and the local enforcement agencies don't have the manpower.

No. But they'd be invited - like a peace-keeping force. I know what you're thinking. Didn't we learn the less in WW2 about having yanks around - "oversexed, overpaid and ... over here".
