Help me Voat your my only hope

submitted by Mopsink to whatever 3.7 yearsAug 5, 2021 17:11:06 ago (+14/-0)     (whatever)

I work for a decently large hospital network as a lowly IT tech.

Very recently the CEO has announced that they'll be mandating all employees get the jab.

We have until a certain time to get either the jab or a medical or religious exemption, personal is out of the picture.

I've decided to try medical as it seems like a more logical option then religious (however if y'all goats know of any I'd be willing to attempt). As part of this I need to meet with my primary physician and explain my medical need for an exemption.

At this time I'm calling on any and all goats who see this for any info that may help me with providing facts as to why I should be exempt from this.

Found this posted elsewhere and thought I'd share it here in case anyone found it useful:

Found on Telegram: [Forwarded from George M. Nasif Official (George M. Nasif)]
If you are being forced to Vax in order to keep your job, here's a great way to handle it.
The secret is NOT to refuse it…

A friend in the NHS is being pressured to take the jib [sic].
‘I write with regard to the matter of potential covid vaccine and my desire to be fully informed and appraised of ALL facts before going ahead.

I’d be most grateful if you could please provide the following information, in accordance with statutory legal requirements:

1. Can you please advise me of the approved legal status of any vaccine and if it is experimental?

2. Can you please provide details and assurances that the vaccine has been fully, independently and rigorously tested against control groups and the subsequent outcomes of those tests?

3. Can you please advise of the full list of contents of the vaccine I am to receive and if any are toxic to the body?

4. Can you please fully advise of all the adverse reactions associated with this vaccine since it’s introduction?

5. Can you please confirm that the vaccine you are advocating is NOT ‘experimental mRNA gene altering therapy’?

6. Can you please confirm that I will not be under any duress from yourselves as my employers, in compliance with the Nuremberg Code?

7. Can you please advise me of the likely risk of fatality, should I be unfortunate to contract Covid 19 and the likelihood of recovery?

Once I have received the above information in full and I am satisfied that there is NO threat to my health, I will be happy to accept your offer to receive the treatment, but with certain conditions - namely that:

1. You confirm that I will suffer no harm.

2. Following acceptance of this, the offer must be signed by a fully qualified doctor who will take full legal and financial responsibility for any injuries occurring to myself, and/or from any interactions by authorized personnel regarding these procedures.

3. In the event that I should have to decline the offer of vaccination, please confirm that it will not compromise my position and that I will not suffer prejudice and discrimination as a result?
I would also advise that my inalienable rights are reserved.’

The point being though, is that they CANNOT provide that information but you’ve NOT refused…

More resources that have been shared with me: https://files.catbox.moe/dxwfj0.zip

FYI - I can't attest to the usefulness of these, or the above.

"mandating" right.. try making a legal issue out of it, "i feel like i'm at risk of X, Y and Z, please sign this form that makes you liable for anything that happens", now the ball is in their court, no way they're signing it but firing you after declining it is another can of worms, sane companies know when to drop an issue.

Playing the kike at their own game . . . I like this idea, sounds like I need to contact my lawyer and have some documents drafted.

[ - ] lord_nougat 3 points 3.7 yearsAug 5, 2021 21:23:05 ago (+3/-0)

Sounds like a pretty clear violation of HIPAA regulations. .

[ - ] 3Whuurs -1 points 3.7 yearsAug 5, 2021 20:56:48 ago (+1/-2)

“Sign this form that makes you liable”..
There’s no such form, and even if there was, it suddenly wouldn’t be acknowledged by a single judge on earth.

[ - ] Mopsink [op] 2 points 3.7 yearsAug 5, 2021 21:06:42 ago (+2/-0)

What I think @mikenigger is suggesting is having some type of contract drawn up to be signed by both parties. In this case me and my employer that in the event of some side effect linked directly to the Vax they (employer) would be held liable due to forcing this decision. Such contracts are actually enforceable but only if both parties sign and it's notarized. Granted I could be wrong because I'm not a law sperg just an low level IT retard

[ - ] 3Whuurs -1 points 3.7 yearsAug 5, 2021 21:44:49 ago (+0/-1)

I know exactly what he was suggesting. And I like the thought. But there’s no such form. And I’ve watched boomers trying to do this for every jab for over 30 years and I’ve never heard of one working. Even real contracts like Prenups get thrown out all the time.
There was some boomer doing rounds on patriot radio last year that made a Covid liability form and said it was notarized and that he’s been doing it for like 20 years. But when the host asked him what success he’s had in 20 years, lol he literally said he has no idea, “oh I just make the form for ppl to give them the tools”. And having never faced mandatory jabs yet, he had not 1 personal success story.

Doesn’t mean it can’t work, but I’ve paid attention and never seen one work in over 30 years.

[ - ] Hadza 2 points 3.7 yearsAug 6, 2021 04:21:41 ago (+2/-0)

I'm pretty sure it's more about dissuading the employer rather than hoping that a jew in court wouldn't do anything in his power to hurt whitey

[ - ] mikenigger 1 point 3.7 yearsAug 6, 2021 04:51:01 ago (+1/-0)*

Involving a lawyer is essential at some level, the process would go "I talked with my lawyer and I want you to sign this <ridiculous form>, it would be a shame if some shyster served you papers for forcing this issue". It's about sending a message that you're willing to make this very difficult for them.

On second thought this may not be the best strategy, they could just call your bluff by signing the form. I would still get something in writing like a medical exemption and make sure to let their lawyers know.

The idea is to make them start weighing legal fees against their stupid vax rules, money always comes first.

Someone who has had allergic reactions to both Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) and Polysorbate cannot get any of the vaccines, I'm pretty sure. Definitely none of the mRNA ones and also not J&J. Double check ingredients on any alternatives they might suggest.

Both of those are contained in various foods and medicines.

PEG was used for the early vape liquids (before being replaced by PG). Maybe you were an early adopter but had to quit vaping, or switch to Vegetable Glycerin (VG) juices when they appeared, because the PEG liquid made your throat and lungs burn and breathing difficult.

Polysorbate is in all sorts of cremes and pills. Perhaps a sunscreen or shampoo gave you a really nasty rash that wouldn't go away, until you figured out it was the polysorbate and made sure to avoid anything that contained it.

Allergic reactions to any previous vaccinations are also a factor. Maybe you had to stop getting flu vaccines, even though you really wanted them, because they always made your arm swell around the injection site shortly after, followed by a long lasting rash over a large area.

Depending on how zealous your doctor is, they may decide to run some allergy tests though.

See also: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/recommendations/specific-groups/allergies.html

Haven't had to try this yet, so cannot vouch for whether it would work or not.

Great reply!
Also, @Mopsink , give me a ping, please, if you post an update; I'm kind of in the same boat and would appreciate seeing others' stories on what did and didn't work.

Will do, I'll more than likely update this post. I also am kind of a dipshit when it comes to voat and don't know how to ping

If you’re just a low level tech, enjoy your unemployment. If you have a job crucial to the company, change EVERYTHING about how the network is handled, destroy all documentation on your changes except for one copy that you keep personally, and just wait for them to fire you for not taking it,

And then they’ll hire you again in a week.

[ - ] Mopsink [op] 2 points 3.7 yearsAug 5, 2021 19:46:32 ago (+2/-0)

Not even unemployment is an option. They're operating this in such a way that if you don't get jabbed you accept voluntary resignation, thereby releasing them from any need to provide unemployment benefits. You just become straight fucked.

[ - ] MaroonSaint 3 points 3.7 yearsAug 5, 2021 21:12:01 ago (+3/-0)

That sounds fishy as fuck. Its mantitory volunteers bois! If your resignation is voluntary, then so ought to be the request. If anything, say, I in no way am resigning, and in no way complying with your request. If that is grounds for my termination, so be it.

[ - ] Mopsink [op] 1 point 3.7 yearsAug 5, 2021 21:32:48 ago (+1/-0)

Send an email that says "I do not accept voluntary resignation". Now you have it in writing. Unless you signed something that states you accept voluntary resignation.

Quit

[ - ] Mopsink [op] 1 point 3.7 yearsAug 5, 2021 18:57:25 ago (+1/-0)

That is one option I'm considering, but I need another place of employment first. Food costs money, same with a mortgage, and ammo.

[ - ] derpfroot 1 point 3.7 yearsAug 5, 2021 21:21:59 ago (+1/-0)

If I were you, I wouldn't be worried about getting another job. 1. So many places are hiring and no one is applying because of the gum'mint gibs. 2. They'd hire you back after no one applied.
I'd just say, "nope. no coof shot" because of those 2 facts.

"Voluntarily" is a weak CYA attempt on their part. I truly hope a lot of outstanding employees decline it. Either get them to change their mind or leave the business and watch it suffer.

[ - ] Flabbygasted 4 points 3.7 yearsAug 5, 2021 17:27:37 ago (+4/-0)

Continue to bow to the beast and eventually it will swallow you whole. You think they will stop at vaccines and masks? You will be their slave for as long as you allow it.

Join the Church of the Free Man and declare the experimental vaccine a form of unholy idol worship.

The basic dogma of the Church of the Free Man are:

1. No idol worship. Idols are anything Goatboy or his human avatar believes are idols.

2. Pay a generous tithe to Church of the Free Man, but don't be wierd and make it an idol worship thing, because that's creepy (see Dogma #1).

3. Moderation in all things, especially moderation.

4. Humans are omnivores. Eat and drink whatever you want, except Tapioca pudding, because that's disgusting idol worship (see Dogma #1).

5. Be awesome, but don't be an asshole, except an awesome asshole.

6. Get married and stay married.

7. Life, the universe, and everything is a joke. Nothing is the punchline. Enjoy it while you can.

8. When in doubt, fuck shit up. This dogma does not include idol worship nor tapioca pudding.

9. Love everyone and everything, but don't be a creep.

10. Try not to destroy what you love, but forgive yourself if you do, because nothing is the punchline of the joke.

11. Above all else is the OMNIRIDICULI, forever laughing at everything and everyone. It's ok to join in the Holy Shits and Giggles.

[ - ] Goatboy 1 point 3.7 yearsAug 6, 2021 05:31:26 ago (+1/-0)*

If you do that the Church of the Free Man will send its army of patent lawyers after you for violating its copy rights, because the unwritten dogma requires the Church of the Free Man to out-Jew any Jew, especially Jew lawyer copyright trolls- especially when the outcome of the suit would be funny.

[ - ] Hadza 0 points 3.7 yearsAug 6, 2021 06:12:14 ago (+0/-0)

Are the lawyers non-human? Because in the inclusive future of 2550, NanoTrasen fields literal lizard-people and, if they do happen to be such, the AI will fuck their shit up because it will be in doubt about handling them. Also for lulz

[ - ] Goatboy 1 point 3.7 yearsAug 6, 2021 06:17:02 ago (+1/-0)

Under such conditions the Church’s lawyers would settle for the sake of the lulz, which is a holy sacrament of the faithful.

[ - ] cyclops1771 0 points 3.7 yearsAug 6, 2021 14:23:29 ago (+0/-0)

[ - ] Goatboy 0 points 3.7 yearsAug 6, 2021 15:39:33 ago (+0/-0)*

No. Don’t question the dogma. Trust the plan. It is taboo to go anywhere near the unholy sauce.

Part of the multiple fronts I'm attacking from, this way if one option fails I have fall backs.

[ - ] cyclops1771 0 points 3.7 yearsAug 5, 2021 21:46:44 ago (+0/-0)

If you have any specific condition that is relatively rare? For example, I have severe neovascular glaucoma.

When you go to primary physician. "You now that I have 'X' condition. Have there been any studies that specifically tested the effects of this vaccine with 'X' condition?"

He will have to answer, "No."

"Hmmm, so we really have no idea at all what would happen if I get injected, doc?"

He will hem and haw, and try to push the "safety" of the vaxx, so let him finish, and seem super interested in what he is saying. Nod and say, "OK" a lot. A "good point" will go a long ways.

Then you will ask, "If I DO get it, what treatments are available? What are my chances of survival? 1 in 5? 1 in 20? What IS the survival rate?" He may or may not answer.

And you will say, "OK, so if I an summarize, vaccines in general are relatively safe, as we all know. You just said that there is <insert treatment he mentioned> and the KNOWN survival rate is <whatever he says>. But we are in the dark when it comes to adverse reactions around my specific condition as there have been no studies around the vax and X condition. Man, Doc, this is tough. Sounds like the best plan would be a wait and see approach until they can do that study, right?"

[ - ] Mopsink [op] 0 points 3.7 yearsAug 6, 2021 09:15:10 ago (+0/-0)

Only conditions I've got are Crohns & seizures.

[ - ] cyclops1771 0 points 3.7 yearsAug 6, 2021 14:21:10 ago (+0/-0)

Perfect - use Crohns.

"So, doc, with the Covid Vaxx, have they done specific studies on people with Crohn's and the long term effects?"

He has to say "No" or "I don't know". If he goes IDK, then ask for him to research it and get back to you when they have completed a RCT (Randomized Control Trial) that shows the vaccine is safe for people with Crohn's. And then ask for a medical note exempting you from the vaxx until such a successful trial is completed.

[ - ] robotflex 0 points 3.7 yearsAug 5, 2021 17:46:50 ago (+0/-0)

You may be exempt if you are a Vegan. Certain kinds of religious Christian sects may be exempt under UN charter of human rights. But this is unlikely. This would only work if the church has made a formal statement equating the vaccine with the prophesied Mark of the Beast, which none have, or if they have no hierarchical structure, which none do. Your best bet is to send them a letter telling them that you will accept the vaccination, if they are able to answer the following questions, also found in this video;
