Jab to work is coming

I posted this on Gab. Seeing if anyone here has an answer: Is there a definitive on being mandated to get the vaccine as a condition of employment? Any legal recourse?

My place just gave the note that if you're jabbed, you get a sticker. If you have a medical or religious exception, then you're considered un-jabbed and no sticker. No sticker means (right now, I know this will change at any time): masking, social distancing, additional education on COVID-19 vaccines and safety training, routine proof of negative COVID-19 test results. Or whatever they decide, like termination. I can see this down the road coming a miles a way.

Doesn't matter if you work from home or not.

Torba sent a nice "here's how you file an exception", but it appears they're going around it pretty easily. Regardless of your condition (medical, even), no jab...no sticker; and thereby no access to stuff.

Seeing if anyone else can shed some light, thanks in advance.

They may just straight up say, no vax, no work. If you have an office job where they had you work from home remotely, they will basically say you can't go up to the office without the "vaccination". Then they will eventually get rid of you unless they really like you.

Pretty much. All one has to do is turn on the talmudvision and see where this is headed. All the sheeple obey talmudvision and the talmudvision is just an arm of the antichrist mafia. I'll give it a couple more months. I think by the end of this year (winter season begins) many companies will start implementing the no vax no work policy.

I had nothing when I learned about this. In two years I built shit up by making sacrifices. I moved out my expensive apartment into a broken down rv that I fixed mechanically and restored the inside to my liking. Spent about 1/4-1/3 the cost in rent and still had every need satisfied.

That might not work for everyone, but if you think enough you’ll find a solution. Each persons individual situation is unique with their own unique solutions.

Time to start using our brains and solve our problems instead of lamenting. Lamentation is for women and children, which are you?

Yeah I saw this. Also saw that some court, could be scotus, said jabs as conditions of employment were valid.

I do have an underlying health issue. Clearly that won't matter.

your work can't force you to be jabbed as the jab hasn't gone through the fda. there are also exemptions. additionally I don't believe an employer can demand medical history, of which your vaccine would be proof.

Correct. Except I wouldn't take the jab even if it was FDA approved. No way. Employers cannot ask for medical information and that include if you got the jab or not. This violates HIPPA laws. They will try to find deceptive ways around this like sending out a questionnaire etc. Be smart and stand you ground and tell them that your vax status is private medical information and they have no right to this information. Don't give them an answer as to whether you got vaccinated or not. It's none of their business.
