Why is @PeterPanWannabe allowed to Manipulate Site Functions and not be banned?

Why does @System @Cynabuns allow a user to intentionally Manipulate site functions, as is against the Site rules (#4)?

This user banned me (and others) from his personal subverse and then intentionally @mentioned us from that sub while libeling us so that we could not respond.

This is blatant Site function manipulation, not to mention harassment.

Setting up a sub that I cannot post to, and then making blatant lies against me, pinging and mentioning me? He is specifically using the site functionality - banning and then pinging me so I can't respond to manipulate it.

It's amazing to me how this stuff just gets made up. Gabara was banned for using multiple accounts to vote multiple times on the same content. I've found him doing this before and gave him a warning. So when I saw he was doing it again, there was no question to ban him. This has nothing to do with shitsinhoneypots unless he is Gabara. I am willing to give back Gabara his account if he will simply follow the rules and not manipulate votes like a jew.

No, I am saying that I have banned gabara from subs that I have owned on voat.co multiple times. Every time I would let him back in, eventually, he'd muck everything up when he got bored. So, ban again.

Where is the evidence of that? The only reason I looked into voting in Gabara's case is because he or another SBBH posted like 10 porn pics, upvoted them all equally, and successfully countered any downvotes received. It was obviously manipulation to anyone who saw the threads. You were involved. As well as Gabara, where there was evidence he was using multiple accounts to vote. And given that I gave him a warning for this previously, I banned him. These thread's votes were so obviously manipulated, that I believe you guys wanted it to be obvious, to cause drama or whatever the reason is you guys do what you do.

But you just said it was okay for Dial to do all of that because he was posting to his own subverse. Cynabuns kept disabling subverses they were posting to so they stated posting to all. And half the accounts you claim were upvoting the porn posts had earlier been disabled by @cynabuns so they were clearly not involved.

Once an account is banned or disabled, it cannot vote.

At least here they cannot kill your account. Negative accounts are limited to posting every 5 minutes and cannot post links, but can post them in as a discussion post. Less harsh than voat.co 10 posts a day I believe. So why not stick to 1 account? If you believe you are being excessively downvoted send me a PM and I would look into it.

Maybe so. But they broke the site's rules and that's what it boils down to. If I found Dial or anyone else breaking the rules I have to enforce them or they're useless. Sure I am not perfect and can be biased but I try not to be. Which is why I warned Gabara the first time. I was never a fan of his, but I do not target users, regardless of how I feel about them. And I don't actively go looking for people to ban. Both Gabara and Shitsinhoneypots brought their bans on themselves.

I completely dislike the continual spam bullshit that hits the feed, but part of Free Speech is just that. Seeing shit we don't like.

I have, however, seen a trend over the past month or two; from decent, interactive and intelligent posts, to the nonsense we have.

It's not hard to see that eventually you'll lose those that came back here for a reason. Because we all get tired of the nonsense at some point. And then you're left with only the doxxing post drama. And Voat will be dead.

He was mad about gabara. He spammed 100+ posts, covering multiple pages which would have taken forever to properly delete, so it was removed through sql. That being said, looking over my PMs he was originally supposed to be suspended. It is a new feature which he found a way to post through via the "last replied" link so he was banned instead. With that being said, I believe in 2nd chances/warnings, so I will unban him and consider it his suspension/warning.
