What is "true" in science is never "the truth", it's just what the evidence seems to show at the moment. And science is not confirmed by consensus because it's not a popularity contest. Unfortunately, multiple influences, from peer pressure, gatekeeping, funding, access to publishing, and reputation among peers, prevent good science from being practiced, so what we have now is pure confirmation bias that forces scientists and researchers from thinking independently for fear of losing standing.
Understanding how science should work, and how it actually works, is not hard. It's intentionally baffling to lay persons to create an aura of mystery around the scientific priesthood to present an image that they are the only ones qualified to understand and communicate what they call "science".
My facts have been solid for 100 years and known for 100 years and photographed for 100 years.
I was referring to blatantly visible brain hemisphere lateralization specialization at over 20 feet distance (I have done it from 20 feet).
