As far as I can recall, none of the animated shows in the 60s had niggers in them, with the exception of Peanuts, which had a non White character, Franklin, in the daily strip beginning in 1968, but didn't appear in any of the TV specials or movies until "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" in 1973. It wasn't until the last 60s, when Saturday morning cartoons started pushing a social agenda of "equality" that non White characters appeared, and almost always in a very contrived, preachy context.
