The entire concept of that new age crap they suck back is based on absolute snobbery and greed and always has been.
They've had careers for 50 years "fixing" people who have the utter gall to be poor and live in cities. They've sucked the taxes out of working people to do that, and created a fucking mess.
They can't make money fixing the poor who live in small towns and rural areas so they hate them.
