Theoretically would need something that can shoot as many invaders as possible in the shortest possible time. McVeigh killed 168. That's the highest kill count in a US domestic terrorist attack. Would need to shoot to top that. No idea what the high score is in Australia.

Would also need a manifesto in the hope of inspiring a wave of such attacks. One alone doesn't do much. Ideally, it's basically the whole country taking up arms. But one at a time.
