Elon Musk is intelligent, like Neil Degrasse Tyson. Whether you like it or not, true science does not take sides. Elon Musk said some very correct things about crypto. It is a useful mechanism for maintaining economic sovereignty, but currently, for some of the biggest holders of it, that's the last thing that they ever want to let others achieve. How is it governed? A simple question not enough people ask. Even if the crypto is the best fucking crypto EVER, legitimately not a scam like the 99% of all other coins are, how is the crypto owned? Does it have a good design team? Does the code allow outside votes on forks? Crypto, in its current state is very primitive. It needs to massively change to continue to bear any value at all, and even then, it's going to continue to have massive challenges. Do you know how much electricity all of the Bitcoin miners are using all across the world for this?
