Recently started taking ginger.

I make it into a tea, and it's amazing. Clears my sinuses, gives me energy, instantly eliminates any stomach discomfort and calms/soothes the stomach. Why isn't ginger talked about more? It's like a miracle drug.

I've been adding ginger to my tea for years. I have slightly high blood pressure (according to todays standards) and have learned that hibiscus teas help with that. So I make a lemon hibiscus ginger tea. Mornings I normally drink green tea with lemon (lemon boosts the benefits of the teas), and sometimes add ginger if I'm feeling like it.

No clue what the comment about the bathroom was, I've seen zero difference there.

But onion and garlic are super-foods too, you don't see a lot mentioned there either.
