You can't teach a computer morals. It doesn't even understand context. But you're gonna get it to recognize the difference between a naked person and a clothed one? A child and an adult? Right and wrong? And, do it in such a way that cannot be easily worked around with a simple manipulation of the querry?
You want a fix where there is no solution.
And, again, you can try to enforce thought crimes laws, like you pointed to in Malaysia, but just like every thought crime law in existence, those laws will be used and abused selectively to target individuals that the government or political party in power doesn't like. It will not prevent a single person from doing what you don't want them to do. Nothing more than a virtue signal and an abuse of power/authority.
