After seeing so many of the clips going around, I decided to watch it based on the A+ acting. Found the movie overall to be a ... that's it? experience. Too bad, since the performances were so good.

I thought it was the best horror flick I've ever seen. Massive jump scares, and lots of em. Absolutely brutal gore. Highly effective sound design and music, if you can even call some of it that.
Lead actress chick even learned the songs and choreography IRL for the role, which lends itself well to the overall authenticity of the film. Yes, I'm aware she's a dike.
