With Bitcoin just coming out of it s last happening and just starting to equalize and it's last happening peak at $70,000 now reaching 90 crossing 100 is no longer implausible at all as expected and that puts it within 300,000 this cycle if you know anything about how these halving cycles have worked in the past. Values often jump 10 times.

I have tried 3 different headphones with last Bluetooth. It's way better than older Bluetooth. My old headphones were disconnecting when I was away from the phone. The new ones never disconnect. I have tried them in all my rooms on two floors away from phone, and they keep playing with no problem. It feels great.

I can't recommend JBL headphones     (technology)

I have tried Sony and Sennheiser headphones. They were both defective. Buttons didn't work and the battery failed to charge. I had to return both of them. Now I'm trying the JBL. The build quality looks great so far, everything is working. But there are 2 problems. The sound is not clear. They cost $200, but sound like cheap $50 Chinese headphones. Also, the app doesn't work, unless you allow the app to track your position.

Of course obviously this film of pyramid construction is fake but every time it comes up it just reminds me of how remarkable AI has become and the need for labeling of AI film      (cdn.videy.co)

Of Course obviously this is fake but every time it comes up it just reminds me of how remarkable AI has become. Frankly that footage looks like a black and white film filmed in the 1920s and would be difficult to distinguish from one with exception of the physics of lifting the rocks obviously thing wrong as they seem almost weightless. But otherwise the detail is immaculate and the coloration and black and white nature of the whole thing is just spot on. It just goes to show again that we really must have some required labeling of AI produced film. We we just got to make it a law with large penalties if it's not labeled because the potential for deception is terrible. I mean it's bad enough the deception that can happen with editing in live interviews and other things but now that film can be completely created from nothing showing people doing things they never actually did it's far worse with far more lasting mental impact on those who view it than even reading rewritten history or censored history or other things.

UScellular to Sell Spectrum Licenses to AT&T for $1.018B     (www.telecompetitor.com)

https://www.telecompetitor.com/uscellular-to-sell-spectrum-licenses-to-att-for-1-018b/

The $1.018 billion agreement by UScellular to sell spectrum licenses to AT&T — announced today — continues the mobile carrier’s plan to divest itself of licenses not included in its proposed sale to T-Mobile.

The deals, if they all are finalized, will constitute 55% of the spectrum holdings (measured on a MHz-POPs basis) from the spectrum licenses not included in the proposed T-Mobile transaction, excluding mmWave licenses. The agreements combine to total $2.02 billion and constitute about 70% of UScelluar’s spectrum holdings, excluding mmWave.

MHz-POP is defined by Law Insider as “the number of the megahertz of [s]pectrum multiplied by the population of the covered area.”

The AT&T deal does not leave UScellular without spectrum. President and CEO Laurent C. Therivel said in the announcement that UScellular retains 1.86 billion MHz-POPs in the low- and mid-band spectrums, 17.2 billion MHz-POPs of mmWave spectrum, and “the substantial majority of retained value” in C-band spectrum.

“This agreement adds a fourth mobile network operator, in addition to T-Mobile, to the list of those whose subscribers will benefit from the sale of our spectrum licenses. As with the other mobile network operators, we are confident that AT&T can put it to productive use in communities throughout the U.S.,” UScellular’s Therivel said in the announcement.

“Furthermore, the terms of the agreement will ensure that there will be continued, uninterrupted service for UScellular customers in the interim.”

The announcement says that “substantially all” of the transaction is contingent upon the closing of the operational and select spectrum assets to T-Mobile as well as regulatory approvals and “customary closing conditions.”

Some of the licenses being sold to AT&T are owned by a third party not named in the press release. Their sale to AT&T is contingent on the purchase of that company by UScellular. That deal is awaiting regulatory approval. Those licenses represent about 15% of the MHz-POPs in the AT&T-UScellular transaction

The $4.4 billion purchase of UScellular’s wireless operation and some of its spectrum by T-Mobile was announced in late May.

UScellular also agreed to sell spectrum to Verizon and two other carriers in October. Verizon will pay $1 billion for the spectrum licenses it is buying. The names and details concerning the other two transactions were not included in the announcement.

How oil is made constantly from any carbon inside the earth and above it through thermal depolymerization. Oil is not a limited fossil fuel.     (envtinfo.blogspot.com)

Also

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyrolysis

Basically if any carbon form which is just long chains of hydrogen are and carbon atoms is heated to a great degree without oxygen it does not burn it actually breaks down into its individual atoms and then that can easily be recombined with water and to making oil. The molecules along themselves in the long chains that form what we call crude oil.

This happens constantly inside the earth and it doesn't take very long and it can use any carbon form. It can be done mechanically by people and is being done by many companies now in that large steel containers in less than an hour.

It is absolutely proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that oil is not a fossil fuel and it does not have limited quantities but it's actually being made constantly all the time.

Here is an old company doing it

Is Intel too big to fail? US officials are considering government intervention     (www.techspot.com)

The company stands to receive billions from the CHIPS Act, but Intel leadership says it's taking too long

We've seen this movie before: It's been a while since we've heard the phrase, "Too big to fail." While the US government has learned to avoid that language because of its negative connotations, that is not stopping it from considering running the same end-game play from 2008 – using taxpayer-funded subsidies to keep a large corporation afloat. This time around, it's Intel.

Indonesia blocks Google Pixel sales after ban on iPhone 16     (techcrunch.com)

https://techcrunch.com/2024/10/31/indonesia-bans-google-pixel-sales-after-iphone-16-block/?guccounter=1

Indonesia has banned sales of Google Pixel smartphones for failing to meet domestic content requirements, days after blocking Apple’s iPhone 16 in Southeast Asia’s largest phone market.

The Indonesian Ministry of Industry said Google’s phones cannot be traded until they comply with rules requiring 40% local content in smartphones sold in Indonesia.

Google must obtain local content certification before resuming sales, Industry Ministry spokesperson Febri Hendri Antoni Arief told local reporters. “The local content rule and related policies are made for fairness for all investors that invest in Indonesia, and for creating added value and deepening the industry structure here,” Hendri was quoted as saying.

The ban follows Indonesia’s block on iPhone 16 sales last week after Apple failed to meet a $95 million investment commitment. Major smartphone makers must manufacture devices, develop firmware, or invest in local innovation to meet Indonesia’s content rules.

T-Mobile, AT&T oppose unlocking rule, claim locked phones are good for users     (arstechnica.com)

https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2024/10/t-mobile-att-oppose-unlocking-rule-claim-locked-phones-are-good-for-users/

T-Mobile and AT&T say US regulators should drop a plan to require unlocking of phones within 60 days of activation, claiming that locking phones to a carrier's network makes it possible to provide cheaper handsets to consumers. "If the Commission mandates a uniform unlocking policy, it is consumers—not providers—who stand to lose the most," T-Mobile alleged in an October 17 filing with the Federal Communications Commission.

The proposed rule has support from consumer advocacy groups who say it will give users more choice and lower their costs. T-Mobile has been criticized for locking phones for up to a year, which makes it impossible to use a phone on a rival's network. T-Mobile claims that with a 60-day unlocking rule, "consumers risk losing access to the benefits of free or heavily subsidized handsets because the proposal would force providers to reduce the line-up of their most compelling handset offers."
