I usually do a quart for breakfast and a quart for lunch. That's a half gallon by noon and usually more later in the day.

Id drink raw but the closest raw milk distributor is an hour and a half away so its not viable for the amount i consume. I grew up drinking skim milk but switched to whole years ago. I do it mostly to flex on lactose intolerant niggers. Should I be worried about kidney stones?

I have a shit ton saved somewhere but I can't find them and obviously the jewgle search engines aren't giving me shit.
