I wrote a comment that contained the phrase:

"In my [left paren] unpopular [right paren] opinion"

and the comment would not show up. After removing the parenthesis and "unpopular" the comment appeared fine.

1) Being able to sort /v/all by top in 24 hours. Anything else just seems kind of random to me. I don't think Poal has this feature either. Is that something that's hard to implement for some reason?

2) Viewing user info by hovering over their username. Personally I just hate how a bunch of people's names are now purple since I've clicked on them. It's a very mild annoyance.

3) Message notifications on mobile are hidden behind a hamburger button. I miss how on old Voat I could just glance at the top of the page to see if I had any notifications without having to open another menu.

I received a notification that Texasvet censored me for calling him a loser or somesuch, but the mail showed all the formatting markup.

Also, viewing a user's profile and expanding one of their posts shows the formatting markup unlike viewing the post directly.

To quote a message simply insert two one '>' with the quoted text after it. The quote will end when you insert a line break.

It's a simple feature but it was a bitch to implement, working with strings in PHP is torture. I am going to try to get it down to one '>' but this works for now.
