So the lesson to be learned is, every single time one of these pro nigger land grab deals goes through, just as theyre about to green light something that will make them lots of money (which is why they grabbed that specific piece of land, they aint snatching random patches in the desert) you let them get to the point that theyre going to break ground on something, then pretend to be another nigger and object and claim your ancestors are hurting over the development.
