Unknown efficacy
Unknown adverse events
Unknown long term effects

Leaders around the world recklessly turned their citizens into lab-rats by signing this garbage.

The whole plandemic was a scam.

The medical establishment is teeing up for the launch of another "pandemic," this one centering around H5N8 Influenza, also known as avian influenza or bird flu.
The American Medical Association (AMA) made a few changes this past week to its Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) system, described as "the leading medical terminology code set for describing health care procedures and services." One change is the creation of a new CPT code for H5N8 Influenza virus "vaccine" candidates that "receive emergency use authorization (EUA) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)."

Cholesterol is good for you without it you get dementia and become a soy boy

Fat is good for you sugar is bad for you

Egg yolks are good for you

Sugar substitutes aren't great for you but they're better for you than sugar which is literally poison for your body.

Added by a responder and important and true
"Another good old lie is, a low sodium diet is good for high blood pressure."
It is actually the balance between sodium and potassium in your body that determines whether or not you're going to get high blood pressure and damaging hot blood pressure. If you don't have enough potassium in ratio to the sodium then you have problems if your balance is good it almost doesn't matter how much you have of them

Had Vitamin D Tested     (Health)

Never been to a doctor before as an adult. In fact, for the longest time, I was the type of person who planned to never go as I don’t want or need medication. However, I have a keen interest in nutrition and the prospect of having a blood test done could serve as a helpful tool to improve my health.

My Vitamin D was measured at 86 ng/mL with the reference range being between 30 and 100. Currently sitting at the high end of optimal.

I was very curious to see this measure as I have been taking 25,400 IU of oral vitamin D3 daily for the past 120 days with generally 1 hour weekly of sunbathing upon the Great Lakes region (when possible) sporting northern European fair skin.

I had a suspicion that oral supplementation alone would be insufficient for optimal levels but it appears they have worked just fine. 25K IU sounds like a high dosage but I have a firm belief the move from mcg to IU was in an intentional effort to help worsen the health of the general public while simultaneously scaring people away from sunshine. I combine D3 supplementation with K2, magnesium citrate, and vitamin A from a quality multivitamin while adhering to a carnivore diet.

I would suggest everyone here supplement vitamin D3 at a much higher dosage than the RDA.

Just had a Root Canal Extracted     (Health)
submitted by Trope to Health 9 months ago (+24/-1)

It was never my choice to have the procedure done. Let me tell you, it was one of the most painful experiences as a child to have a root canal performed. As an adult, it was on my radar for extraction the day I walked into the dentistry.

As I’ve seen multiple comments stating to never get a root canal, I’ll be sure to report any noticeable improvements to my overall health as a result of this removal. I find such anecdotal information helpful when it comes to online health groups and these sorts of things.

I can attest that the surrounding tissue around the dead tooth has always been more sensitive than the rest of my mouth. It would be straight-forward to say that having rotting bone tissue lodged into living tissue can best be described to feel exactly as it sounds: Not good. As if to have a thorn permanently wedged into your body. It already feels better and more natural to have gone.

The extraction process is quite painless excluding the discomfort of the Articaine injections and the healing gums following the procedure. If anyone is suffering from a bad tooth, I suggest doing the needful.

EU Commission hid details from public about Covid-19 vaccine contracts – court     (www.rt.com)

https://www.rt.com/news/601236-eu-hide-details-covid-vaccines/

The EU’s second highest judicial body has decided that the EU Commission has not been transparent enough about Covid vaccine deals with pharma giants such as Pfizer and AstraZeneca, and had no legitimate reasons to conceal certain details of contracts with them.

The ruling by the bloc’s General Court covers purchase agreements struck by the EU Commission in 2020 and 2021, at the height of the pandemic, and worth “approximately €2.7 billion” ($2.95 billion), according to the court’s statement published on Wednesday.

In 2021, some MEPs requested access to the documents detailing the terms of the deals to make sure that the public interest was protected and the members of the EU negotiating team had no personal conflict of interest.

Brussels only provided them with partial access to redacted documents and refused to reveal the negotiating team’s members. The Commission argued that was necessary to protect commercial interests and the decision-making process. The MEPs then brought the issue to the court.

i think its too late since the damage has been done
