On May 1st the Russian army arrested retired Canadian Lieutenant General Trevor John Cadieu in Mariupol in the besieged steel works.

They claim he was at the site of a bioweapons lab he managed. One of eighteen he was in charge of. They took him to Russia where they said he will be put before a military tribunal.

Why a Canadian general is the big question. How is the Canadian military involved in bioweapons as a NATO member?

Well the answer I see is in the Canadian counterinsurgency Manual 2008! Section four describes how a viral pandemic would work brilliantly to achieve all the objectives needed for counterinsurgency.

But the Canadian one stands out as the one advocating for bioweapons use!!!

Hence the presence of a Canadian that held the top job in the Canadian military!

It wouldn't even surprise me if he was the one that wrote this example in the first place.

But the big takeaway from this could mean that the entire gangstalking program that these Manuals describe could be completely exposed as a planned treasonous genocide that included biowarfare but used every possible method imaginable to covertly attack, maim and kill their own civilians.

Imho Putin has been hinting that this is where he is going with this since Russian troops entered Kazakhstan. He said that the government had been using Maidan methods and technology to attack their own people. Referencing the Ukrainian nazis then immediately launching a military operation in Ukraine.

As soon as Putin had said this Dr Nils Melzer had a twitter slander campaign launched on him. This is the man that submitted a report to the UN human rights council proving that NATO countries where using cybertorture methods to attack their own people using covert weapons. Another key aspect of these counterinsurgency operations.

So it seems the cabal knows this is the real threat by their reaction.

So that would lead me to believe the nuclear weapon Putin is about to unleash is the full proof of these programs and the horrific levels of treason, torture and genocide being conducted under NATO's command. An information nuke rather than a real one.

NATO just crossed a line when it today accepted Finland as a member of NATO.

Putin already warned he will respond if this happens. So here we are with Russia threatening to nuke the UK, USA and more. And they crossed that line hoping for a war when they will be destroyed by exposure.

Putin is one smart motherfucker and he has played them.

It honestly wouldn't surprise me if all the victims files for the whole of NATO have been found already in Kazakhstan. An ace up Putin's sleeve that he kept till the last minute to play.

All he has to do to email them to all the victims. Would that take 200 seconds?!

Would that be met with an internet blackout? Probably!

But it could only delay the news getting out.

NATO is fucked.

The Canadian general is just another part of the puzzle that keeps lining up with this analysis.

Let me tell you a bit about how this is gonna end.

The problem Trudeau has is that he has few, narrowly circumscribed bases of power that are enough to get elected, but not enough to govern against the will of the people. Those are very different things.

So that leaves him with very serious limits on what he can accomplish in this situation. The truckers are smart. They did not all converge on Ottawa, but rather organized themselves locally and create many small spots of trouble. In quantitative studies of insurgency, this is the 'ink spot' model: local, decentralized warfare that relies on local support.

Quite simply put, this is for the truckers to lose. If they can outlast the government, which may mean as little as another week, they will break it. Trudeau needs to win every interaction to stay in power. All the truckers have to do is "not lose". A draw is always in their favor, and the situation in most places right now is a draw at best: the Mounties huff and puff, but have not been able to deal with or disperse a single protest. That's not unsurprising, by the way. Truckers use a method originally devised for naval warfare called blockshipping: sinking ships to block a strategic narrows or harbor entrance. There is literally no economical way of dealing with this tactic. Truckers know this. Their worst-case scenario, losing their jobs and their trucks by just walking away, STILL imposes a massive cost on the government. When the worst case scenario is that both you and your opponent lose, you have everything to gain.

There is no dominant strategy here for Trudeau. There's no clear way to victory anymore for him. It's all about how badly he loses now.

The letter is long and they make frequent references to these psychological manipulation, blacklisting and control of abusers. How they define people in a derogatory and dehumanizing way to stoke divisions and isolate people.

But sadly they are pleading with a CIA plant with Brenda Lucki.

But the fact that over 16k signed this letter in a force of 27k and 12k support staff approx 40k total for the organization is huge. That's around 40% of their staff.

Looks like an internal war is brewing in the force.

At the end of the letter they suggested a full investigation of the pandemic from coast to coast with nothing and no one off limits.

The corruption in this organization is vast and ugly. The masons will have to fight or flight. I'm sure many will now resign rather than face the scrutiny.

This letter is a massive deal. A direct challenge to the masons that rule over it.
