This is very similar to what i did. I used Bluetooth headphones and pretended i didn't hear the Karen's at all until they physically touched me. At which point i would start verbally abusing them for their blatant stupidity while continuing to shop as normal.
I'm 6'3", so I'm sure that helped.
If the store themselves gave me trouble i would leave the approximate amount of money on the counter and just walk out with whatever i wanted.
Sometimes i did it over and over at the same store.
It was really hilarious when they called the cops.
Then I'd bully them too.

Top of the line Samsung devices are definitely superior. And some of them can be rooted and take lineageOS. If you completely wipe a Samsung phone and replace most of the default apps with open source apps out of the f droid store, that seems to work even better than lineage from my testing.
