We met a Vietnam era Veteran, who has control of a nonprofit organization and wants to give back to any needy community members with families in Louisville. The plan is to get a building constructed where we can live together.
I would use my particular skills to build the networks needed, setup the systems, system maintenance, website design, setup security policies and monitor physical security. Hopefully I get a sizeable budget for the equipment where we would be able to host websites other than our own on the server I want to build.
There's a lot of money that one of them has that was acquired by nefarious activities in the past and he wants to do something good for the community with it. I suspect his politician friend who is helping may have the same issue.

Plus it unlocks more federal money that is set aside for programs. The Viet Nam guys went through more crap than the rest of us, yet they still want to help the community by founding the program. They just let us join them and expand what they are able to contribute back and create a legacy of veteran to take over in the new version of their program.

I got my gear and computer setup while ago, so at least that's ready. Since I needed all that in one room, I guess I'm scaling down the bedroom PC setup, by installing more of a terminal RDC in there. Now I have space to record more than one guitar player at a time.
Well, I made use of the length by smoking some weed during the middle. I figured it may help reduce the hallucinogenic flashbacks and pass the time more easily.
Pretty awesome stuff! I'm not back online yet, but hopefully something works out soon. At least I can listen through my tablet and a nice Bluetooth speaker for some decent sound quality. 🙂
