I'm looking for basically exactly what Hitler Youth were taught. Exercise regime, diet, philosophy, etc. Everything.

Does this exist? If so, please share.

My life is falling a part a bit at the moment and I need some guidance/direction.

I'm looking for information that shows this is a lie. Obviously we know why it is it perpetuated but know it isn't true.

I'm in need of information to refute it but also where it was propagated from to begin with.
