Where can I read all about national socialism? Is there a complete "manual"

I'm looking for basically exactly what Hitler Youth were taught. Exercise regime, diet, philosophy, etc. Everything.

Does this exist? If so, please share.

My life is falling a part a bit at the moment and I need some guidance/direction.

Exercise regime: https://archive.org/details/sportsvorschrift
Translation is "Sport Rules for the Army". This is how WW2 era Wehrmacht soldiers did physical training. Several other less relevant manuals are on Archive, The Gestapo and SS Training Manual , most have pretty outdated procedures
