nature is dumb. the other day this presumptuous goose walked across a parking lot up to my car. i had but a single french fry which i happily gave zim.
depends on the situation but whenever possible i start sizing them up to see what kind of a "discussion" we are going to be able to have. if possible i try to ask them about basic hard numbers like death rate and comorbidities. if we can get through that i might try to bring up how much sense vaccines dont make for children or how eliminating variants will never happen because of human nature (ur never going to get everyone to play your game). etc. etc. etc. i try to stay grounded and not let them interject with hysterical nonsense.
but actually no one has asked me if im vaccinated yet. that's just what i would say.
dumb short sighted fucks being allowed to assault history because it's fashionable is just more evidence that the adults are not running the show. as if we needed more evidence.
if by some extreme chance, say idk 1 in 5000, pathogenic priming is real and people start dying in large scales this winter it would be fucking e p i c
sept for a few small problems. they're already priming people to blame anyone who doesn't want their vax for covid-19. so once they stat dying they're going to blame us LMAO.
worst thing that will happen is it gives a false reading and the engine overheats or some of it comes off and tears apart the inside of the engine. .. but i really don't wanna do it twice.

I just do them whenever it's their turn in my rotation. Elevate legs to reduce push up number though, thats a great idea, thanks!
oh also yeah im actually mostly satisfied with my body even though ive put on a couple pounds. im still flexible and jog just as good so whatever.

I have maybe 15 different lifts that I do total body. Arms are directly covered in ~3-4 and indirectly in ~5-6.
curls, pulls (like starting lawn mower) pull ups (forward and backward hands), push ups, butterflies, and lateral arm raises.

i lift and lift but don't seem to get any stronger.
last gains i made were when i finally bought a pull up bar and went from 1 pull up to 8 in a few months. everything else is just platued.
some exercises i could use heavier weights but push ups for example ive been stuck at 40-60 for idk ten years.
my arms, despite working out a lot and eating a lot of protein are not particularly large.
any tips?
