The same thing that would happen to Earths atmosphere if it were subject to a vacuum. It would fly away. However, that sort of thing doesn’t happen because space is fake and Earth is a terrarium trapping all of us for the curiosity and amusement of the terrarium’s owner. If you’ve never seen the terrarium’s owner then it’s likely you can only perceive a small section of the electromagnetic spectrum and matter that makes up the owner interacts with a different portion of the spectrum.
Long tale short, the owner gets bored and disgusted with the degenerate humans, cleanses the terrarium, and restarts it with more interesting animals like intelligent bees or something.
