I'm not saying the ISS is real...I havent seen it up close. but the reasons you gave, dont make me believe it's fake either (not that it's your job to convince me, just saying) I simply dont know, but given the tech we have today, I dont think its impossible.
Your questions about ISS have been answered in many interviews amd documentaries. They've shown the toilets, and the water treatment systems. Did you know you can make water with just a little pee, a hole in the ground, and some plastic? There are shit particles floating around in your bathroom as well, but your toilet probably isn't hooked up to a vacuum.
I'm totally with you on not trusting anyone, but I know that my cell phone does some absolutely crazy shit. And I have no clue how it does it, but it still works.
