Another step in deconstruction of free world is apparently being tried in Oxford. The city is to be divided into 6 parts, and their inhabitants will be allowed to drive their cars only in the zone they belong to. Of course, the system initially comes with a wide set of perks. For instance, you can apply to drive to other zones, but only for 100 days per year. Or you can drive past 7pm up till 7am, fuck yeah! On Sundays even during the day! On a bike or motorbike too! Well, at least for the time being. We all know where this is going.
