I don't know if it is applicable to japan or not, but if a society was a meritocracy and also had loose morals then this would be where the market pressures would lead. In the us we have "equity" and so an office worker, teacher, social worker, etc. gets treated about the same as an engineer, physicist, chemist, etc. Roles like medical doctors would also go to people who had skills, it wouldn't simply be race/sex/memorization.

I don't fully trust science like that because so much about the narrative rests on it. I am guessing that the study was done by jews (how else would something like this be funded). I don't see how that removes racial bias. I was under the impression that askanazi = kazarian; when they test dna they are checking for that lineage. I guess I really don't know exactly how the modern jews' lineage worked, and I don't think anyone really does. All it takes (or took) is the removal/rewrite of one link of history.
