Atmosphere: Stressed, overcrowded, repulsive, satanic feel to the city. Its like something horrific has landed in Edinburgh. There is a real nastiness in the air during August. the demographic that occupies Edinburgh during august are horrible people. Imagine 10,000 Ghislaine Maxwell's in Edinburgh and you get an idea of the repulsive nature of the city during the festival.
Overcrowded: There is far too many people in Edinburgh during August. The amount of people being shoved on the roads by clusters of tourist is shocking. Central Edinburgh during August is an ordeal.
