This is better than I expected. I figured he'd mention [John Money](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Money) and the terrible [experiment with sex-changing one of a pair of twins](https://embryo.asu.edu/pages/david-reimer-and-john-money-gender-reassignment-controversy-johnjoan-case) (for science!).
It took me a lot longer to become comfortable with Linux than a week. What really helps when switching is to have a second machine so you can try it as much or as little as you want for the day but not be stuck interrupting your productive work on your familiar machine. A second monitor is good when troubleshooting it and looking up help on your main PC. You can slowly improve it until it's ready to switch over to smoothly.
I found it interesting how they technically worked around OS restrictions to do this covertly. I admit I didn't imagine they did shenanigans this involved, just did the usual tracking via web pages only.
Amen. They should never receive any critique about anything because it's all so extraordinary and above reproach. The fact that they have been criticized through the ages just proves how baseless it is. Clearly nobody could be deserving of that much critique.
