A secret is to get workstations from about a decade ago. When they're released they are 3,000-9,000 a piece depending on the hardware upgrades. You can pick them up for under 100 bucks on ebay, and throw a $200 used gfx card in it and a tb hardrive for $40 and for less than $400 you got a pc that crushes, and is much faster than even modern consoles still. You can buy a large xeon 6 core/12 hyper threaded server processors that absolutely crush for $20.
For awhile the dell t3500 was the best choice, I'd recommend the hp z4 now. You're welcome..
