Filmer was apparently just as stupid as the guy cooking. Just stand there with your phone out, don't help or say "hey, don't pour fucking water over oil".
Yeah, doesn't surprise me at all. They used to take shots at both "sides" pretty evenly, now they just parrot every other MSM bullshit.
As far as getting burnt out only to continue when a ton of cash is thrown at you, the same thing happened to the writer for Archer. He said after the 6th or 7th season that he wanted to wrap up and quit the show, only for FoxFX to say "No! So popular! Have more money!" and he admitted later on that he just took that money and half-heartedly kept making episodes. Just like South Park, it gets pretty obvious pretty quickly when the writers for these shows don't give a crap about what they're doing anymore.
This doesn't even seem, at all, like the same show/writers from 5-6 years ago.
This lazy/soulless narrative pushing isn't what I would have expected from Matt and Trey awhile back. Now, anyone who still produces has already caved...
This is going to be one of those things where if you "retaliate" by simply not having social media, LinkedIn, etc - Or by using a VPN to hide all of your traffic - They will consider you "suspect" simply by not having any trail or anything for them to look into.
I've been using KDE for a couple months now as my daily, I still have Cinnamon installed as that's what I started with on Mint and used for several months before changing.
Back in my edgy teen years I used Awesome WM. I prefer full fledged DE's now though, just for comfortability and in case anyone else wants to use the PC they dont have to listen to me sperg out for 5 minutes explaining how to launch a program or move a window.
Interesting that Cinnamon uses more RAM on boot up than KDE - I never noticed or compared between the two. I'm sure its very inconsequential on modern hardware, but interesting nonetheless. I remember on AwesomeWM my whole system would only use about 350mb of RAM after fully booted into the desktop lol
Cinnamon is very clean and functional, and definitely the DE I would recommend to anyone new to Linux, or someone who wants something that "just works".
IMO KDE/Plasma can be made to look prettier, and also has some neat features here and there, but it definitely takes a little more configuration out of the box to get it to that point. Plasma, based on my own experience as well as what I've seen reported by other users, is also a bit more prone to bugs and rare odd behavior than Cinnamon is. I wouldn't call it overall a buggy DE, but it doesn't share that same stability a more static DE like Cinnamon has.
Personally I'd recommend Artix or possibly even Obarun over Devuan, just from anecdotal experience on Debian OS. Plus on Artix and Obarun you still get AUR support.
Note that some distros like Artix (maybe Devuan?) use a compatibility layer of sorts to satisfy SystemD dependencies as well, which to some turbo-autists is enough for it to fall short of the "SystemD free" mark as well. Obarun is one of the distros that more adamantly refuses to implement ANY SystemD material.
For more info you'll have to search. Currently I'm on Mint, I find SystemD distasteful but at the moment not enough for me to do a full distro hop. If I ever format for any reason, I'll try out either Artix, Oba, or Void Linux at that time. I'd recommend searching "Artix vs Obarun" at some point to get more info.
While I agree that the state of SystemD (and more importantly, the direction it continues to go) is a problem, it's not nearly as egregious as anything that Microsoft has, is, or is planning on doing.
Even a SystemD distro like Mint/Ubuntu/Manjaro is a massive step up from Windows.
No, hes a piece of shit. His summit with all his weird ass video editing did more to damage the questioning of our government than it did to enhance it, purely by the way he chose to deliver the message. If he was sincere about his goals, he'd run for office as a third party.
This guy made bank. He's just more controlled opposition, and more smoke and mirrors - and he knows it.
"They will never be trusted again, and because of that, they will never again have any power, as their positions only come from. The trust of the ignorant, insane, and evil in other races."
As much as I would pray for this to happen, it's hard for me to underestimate the stupidity of the average man. Jews are an infestation, they creep in slowly while playing their sad songs, and crying women and idiot liberal men will accept them.
For long lasting, permanent fixture, we need a very stout and HARD resolution to put an end to this. No exceptions, broad strokes paint the barn, etc...

They're based against Jews but somehow are still justifying pushing that narrative.

I hope they reconciled with some of these people afterwards.
