Recently, no. But the vision house has the perfect spot for ball sunning. Speaking of which, it was on the market for nearly two years and recently taken off. Not a single offer during that time. In the next 12 months I'm probably going to offer the owner some cash and buy it from him subject to his existing mortgage (a loan from the early 2020s, likely in the ~3% range).
I also never understood Somalia. Maybe they threw that in there just because. He worked for the ZOG, both military (General) and a 2004 presidential campaign, so there's bound to be dirt on him held by those in control.
Very rarely has it come in handy, but in some circumstances, very few and far between, it does. When God and Eugene Stoner first created the platform, there was no forward assist. Hear it from the man himself:
Not having to pay compound interest is a game changer, just like not being publicly traded and therefore being beholden to (((shareholders))).
And don't get me started on merchant cash advances. Fast funding, but it comes at a HIGH price (but it's not a loan; I'm purchasing your future receivables at a discounted rate today).
If I'm not mistaken, the MSRP may be listed on the can. If the price of it is far from the MSRP, you can find it elsewhere for closer to if not exactly that price.
My job should be safe for the next 5-10 years, but I've had an interest in being a machinist. I've got at least one machine shop close by presently, and a place to learn machining. The three CNC/CAD classes available are $5,500 and less (down to $3,500), so if/when people start being replaced I'll have time to fall back on something.

Flax, seed oils, grains, processed vegan garbage (okay, vegetarian... there's honey).
Just give Fido a raw steak! It's probably similar in cost to that [garbage](https://www.boscoandroxys.com/products/woof-it-down-have-a-slice-day).

Ian is still a gatekeeper (whether intentional or unintentional).
I'm not familiar enough with Candace Owens to comment. It's probably the same case.

Generic, rigid, unnatural, formulaic writing. Interesting observations worth considering. AI "writing" is simply empty words on a screen.
