They come PRE-MITRED. Lowes or Home Depot. I have built MANY kitchens, and have seen LOTS of unsquare walls. It is quite common when an interior wall was moved or added to change the room layout.

I would have to see the whole picture, but moving both rows out and shimming them to get a nice straight 90 is prolly the best solution. Some cabinets can be cheated along to eventually end up tight against the wall, on both sides. Moldings can save the day. Even better if one side of cabinets ends at another wall. The main problem will be the top of the countertops, where they flow up the wall. The corner being tight, both sides will run away from the wall the further left and right it goes. I hate this style of top for that reason. Flat tops can be recessed into the drywall, then the backsplash tiled to hide the off-square walls.

These are prefabs from Lowes. They need to sit on a framework of 1x3 so the drawers will close properly, as the front has a bullnose edge. The ends must be cut to length, then covered with a iron-on strip of Formica, and trimmed.---done it many times

The walls are not square. One or both rows of cabinets must be unscrewed from the wall, and refastened so make a 90 degree base.
