The majority of this current anti-Russia propaganda effort started at the tail-end of Obama's 1st term... AFTER Clinton's "Russia Reset" attempt failed, and they began working to overthrow the democratically elected Ukrainian Govt.

Which was ~10 years ago. (2012-2014)
