But wtf do you have to do to die during basic? I mean if you are at that level I doubt that you can push thorugh the pain so much that you body craps out.

We had a guy have a heart attack on the first run. Short fat little fucker he was. About 10% were instantly kicked out for previously unknown medical conditions that show up with the first physically strenuous things they've done in their lives.

And basic is easy. All you have to do is pay attention, follow orders, and don't be fat. Simple.

See thats the thing I never had problems with push and pull ups and in my younger years even obstacle courses were doable, what I never could get into thin or now fatter was running, so I knew that there is no point to apply.

Why would a short fat guy apply, well I guess unless he is gunning for a desk job.

Be it as it may, shouldn't you at least do a few test runs in private to see if you are up for it?

Running is like anything else, you have to practice at it. Start slow, real slow, and work your way up. Don't over-do any exercise as you won't return to it.
