Once this program is up and running the booster rocket at the bottom will be caught by those bigger arms when it comes back to land, crazy shit.

Yes, though I'm not sure if it really delayed the first launch, this stack is going into the ocean and wouldn't have needed all this but they also had to redo something on the tank farm.

IIRC, the launch was originally slated for January, but the FAA said the PEA would be delayed until the 28th of February. So that pushed the launch back to no earlier than March.
