Farmer Carries

Pick stuff up, walk around. It doesn't get much simpler.

Get two things. Two dumbbells, two gallons of milk, whatever. The heaviest things you can manage. Walk upright w good posture, shoulders back, core tight. Now walk around, pace back and forth. Sometimes I walk up the stairs.

This simple exercise will hit your entire body. It won't get you swole. It will hit all the small muscles you don't think about but support the flashy muscles that the girls like. It will aide all those other exercises you do. Cant do pullups? Carrying heavy shit will hit your back.

Do you have a shoulder injury of some sort? Or do you just want to develope your back more?

I don't want to recommend anything for injured people. I don't want to hurt them more. They need to see a real trainer irl.

If you just want to work your upper back and shoulders it'll do that. Like I said, it's not going to work any one muscle enough to make it huge. It works pretty much all the muscles a little. It will probably make a noticeable difference in the upper back and shoulders of a woman, in a good way.

If your back is underdeveloped and your scapula are prominent you may want a more back specific exercise to hit that area harder.

I've become convinced that almost everyone that doesn't exercise regularly and at least sorta seriously has a crappy back. It's either injured or week. I know I do. I've never injured it but I know it's week. It's one of the areas I want to focus on right now.

Your shitty knees are because you didnt carry enough heavy stuff. In your case you'll need to put your ego aside and carry something lighter until you aren't a flabby faggot.

There are other things that can strengthen that knee as well. I probably shouldn't be helping a jew, but Im a White guy and it's hard to fight my nature. Like that old negro woman.
