If I recall, I first saw "Israblof" on old Voat, and I presume it's going to get a lot more relevant than usual now.
It's basically a loan-word made from "israeli bluff", and it's when the jews all know it's a lie directed at the goyah. Despite their lies being common in general, it's actually a rare moment when they're not also trying to jew each other with it.
It also connotes israel endorsing the lie, in the context of allowing it without consequence.
I'll never forget on Old Twitter seeing some rabbis that I used to follow talking amongst themselves in the open and one of them when something was going on that wasn't in Israel's favor said well I guess the whole charade about Christians having to support Jews because Jews are the chosen people is finally being seen through or something. In other words the rabbis knew that that was a lie all the time and they laughed among themselves at how it fooled the Christians and got the Christians to support them and now that was over.
